We have had 7 straight days of rain....It sucks. I was tying some flys that need sun to cure...Cannot get them dry..using Sunguard...

It finally let up..a local stream the Brandywine is only off color and a bit high.....Purrrrrfect for big fat wolly buggers...next storm due tonight!
The first is a decent brookie..by our standards on my massive wolly bugger

Next is a small smallmouth..on the same thing


I tied some super ugly flies called Sasquatch..they are on the internet...I got a nice fish on Saturday using it so I tried today..

You would think that fly would terrify that trout :shock: Cool little smallie. I love those fish. Haven't caught one since I left TN.

That brookie almost looks like a tiger trout. Cool markings.
