Location X report

Postby Coastalexplorer » Mon Jun 04, 2012 9:54 pm

Hey Meatstick:

Thought I was dead, huh? No, just underground. Went to location X last week and got nothing except one CNR. Made me fell like St. Michaels! If you go to the Vimeo website and search for My Leaky Waders, you will see a short video entitled "rusted ray". That was the only excitement for the day. I know I'm getting old, because I long for the old days.

Be well,

Ha !! but I'm still King of CNRs ... hooked 3 in a row again last season about this time while wading.

They are late this year ... haint seen no wing tips yet.

Good to see the Whaler being used again.

No boating on the Appalachian Trail ?

Meatstick:

I did catch a nice wild trout backpacking the John Muir Trail from Yosemite to the Devil's Postpile National Monument las summer. Had great fishing over the winter on Mossy Creek, Beaver Creek, and on the Rapidan. Who knew winter trout fishing could be so fun?

When you coming this way again?

Might try sharkin' out of Kipto as soon as my relief comes on the job.

Then, Harker's in Octobers ... side-day at Queens Creek, Swansboro.

Too much water ... not enough boat.
