Important Rules of Life

Postby AMJohnston » Mon May 21, 2012 10:12 am

Brian's posting "Livng the dream" under the Flat Out/Fly Girl report page got me to thinking...

Cutter posted that an important rule of life is:
"Failure to plan on your part does not constitute and emergency on mine."

One of my tried and true rules, which was taught to me by a wise client of mine, is: "The first rule of problem solving is to figure out whose problem it is."

What are your important rules?

The last rule of problem solving is "Is the answer or solution reasonable?"

“Know the rules well, so you can break them effectively.”
― Dalai Lama XIV

“If a problem is fixable, if a situation is such that you can do something about it, then there is no need to worry. If it's not fixable, then there is no help in worrying. There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.”
― Dalai Lama XIV
