 Harkers 2010 Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to stay on or near Harkers in October? I will be there the 15th-19th.

Stay at the fishing center on the island, it is part of the experience. The folks are great, your right there at the marina, the beds are awful, and you will have a blast.
If you looking for more in the way of nice hotels and restaurants, stay in Moorehead and make the trek over every day.

Re: Harkers 2010 Bradley...I get there on the 18th...the Fishing Center is great...park the car...walk to dinner...walk to the boat. If you need something from a store...walk down the drive to the right. It cannot get easier and everyone is super nice!

Not namin names, just sayin, but there could be some overlap of dates with certain people. So you might want to talk to Jessica about putting some distance 'tween you and the commotion.  Haven't fixed my dates yet. But don't worry, I never snore

Re: Harkers 2010 There is also Calico Jack's Motel on the east end. Between there and the fishing center, the only other option is finding a rental.
