Currituck Sound 9-25

Postby hh65cdr » Fri Sep 25, 2009 4:22 pm

As our long missed friend Harry used to say... Blowed out! Was going to try some new water out of poplar branch today but it was blowing 20 out of the north and raining. Ended up on the ICW in Coinjock. No love there. Was protected from the wind but had mad current. If you did not paddle back up every so often you would have found yourself in the north river and then out in the sound. So my boss and I ended up at the coinjock marina for some great beverages and food. No pullage but still had a good day.
