Sunday night MB82 hosted a HRBT kayak fishing trip that was a great time and good learning experience. I was unable to catch anything. OPS normal for me. Jeff caught a gray trout and I caught a silverside somehow. He was in my yak when we returned to the dock. Look forward to going back soon.
Today I launched from the OI fishing center. Dumb idea. Water was muddy wind blew out of the SW and made for a hard day of fishing. Still fun was had by me and my fishing pal. We saw several puppy drum but could not get them to look at anything but the escape route. Im pooped so a beer and bed for me :(

I wish we could have showed you what HRBT is like when it is going off. Not just off.
It has been some tough fishing lately. I hope your trip ends in lots of pullage.

Thanks for showing me the bridge Jeff. I cant wait to keep trying till it goes off again. I took the first week in NOV off just to fish so I'll BE BACK!

We need something to break the curse.
Blargh!
I suppose if we have one redeeming trip, that'll be enough to drag Tracy back up.

Tracy is used to not catching fish. Then again ever since our early summer trip I have gotten used to it also.

Yeah looks like the curse might be broken. Not sure what it will take for me.
