Gary told me slow dorado--enough to feed us most days--slow inshore-- tunas spread out all over hell's half acre but a nice number of blue bonito and small bait. But nothing remains the same

you will not see me tugging on a big yellowfin unless it comes to the boat in under 15 minutes (time limit) or then i press the release button :D :o

Gearing up
Tied a mess of "Captain's" knots (perfection loop) yesterday.
Got it down to about 13 seconds. (oh. 13, what number is that? one day less than 2 weeks?, or maybe bad luck?, perhaps the seat next to emerson on the plane?? :cry: )
will tie some smaller flies and see what I can do in the flying fish category (first attempts were only so-so :oops: )
starting to organize gear.
need a map of hells half acre........ :D
