Cleaning Triggers

Postby lwflyrod » Mon Aug 10, 2009 11:23 pm

Ok, Triggers are a new species for me, so I have never cleaned one before.
How do you to it, I tried to cut it like I normally filet a fish but its was really really hard, I was afraid to dull my knife.

Get the point under the skin and cut from the inside. Tough stuff, but I love to eat triggers. Worth sharpening the knife for sure.
