Thanks, Brian, I actually got lucky and didnt reach the purple in the face from holding my breath ;) , just blue.
The Enforcement Division of NC Wildlife called me back this morning :o
I spoke with Karen Beasley, (she also had and Enforcement officer, over her shoulder when we spoke) She stated that if your working in the areas of the Currituck sound, from Cordova south downwards your NC Recreational Saltwater License covers it because it is Joint Waters.
